A delightful traditional single storey detached granite house of great character sitting within its own ½ acre of garden ground.

Situated within the Cairngorm National Park, 7 miles from Aviemore,1/2mile from Carrbridge within the Spey Valley world famous for its whisky.

The garden is a safe environment for children. There are sheltered sitting areas for outdoor eating and relaxation enjoying fine views of the Cairngorm Mountains.

We encourage the feeding of the red squirrels, coal tits, chaffinch, green finch, woodpecker and tree climber to name but a few of the visitors to the bird feeders.

The house offers comfortable well-equipped self-catering accommodation suitable for families, golfers, walkers, fishermen and the outdoor enthusiast.

The house sleeps 8 persons - but is equally  comfortable for smaller groups and couples.

Landmark visitors centre and Waterslide Park within in the village offer a wide range of activities for children.

Loch Morlich with its Water Sports Centre is close by and when the weather is inclement try the indoor climbing wall at Extreme Dream in Aviemore.

In winter there is excellent skiing on the Cairngorm Mountains 1/2hours drive from the house.
